Elena Vėgėlytė is a Tax and Crypto Lawyer at COBALT Lithuania. Elena has an extensive experience in advising local and international clients on Lithuanian and cross-border taxation issues. Currently Elena focuses her practice on representing start-ups, IT companies and blockchain projects. Elena advises on wide range of regulatory and taxation matters of crypto currency transactions and blockchain token sales.
Elena is also a lecturer of the Institute of Private Law at Mykolas Romeris University where she teaches International Tax Law course. Elena has gained experience by working at one of the leading big four audit companies. She a member of several working groups devoted to improve the legal environment for start-ups and blockchain projects.
